03What happens after construction is complete?
We complete inspections, testing, snag resolution, documentation, and client handover. Where included in the project scope, our team remains available for agreed aftercare and close-out support.
04How are project cost and timeline determined?
Cost and programme depend on scope, area, specifications, site conditions, approvals, procurement lead times, and operational constraints. After reviewing these inputs, we prepare a structured proposal and realistic delivery schedule.
05Can Silverline manage both design and construction?
Yes. Our integrated approach can coordinate the project from the initial brief and concept through engineering, procurement, site execution, quality control, and final handover—giving the client one accountable team.
